He's home!

Layn and I hit the airport last night so we could pick up the Big Uncle.  Even though he hasn't seen him in a year Layn took to Dude as if they had seen each other last week.  The two chatted like old friends in the car all the way home.  It truly would have warmed my heart, if I had one.
Auntie Cake had pizza waiting for us when we got home and Kim and Savannah came to welcome the Dude home.  Savannah recognized another man to be wrapped around her little digit and took to him as well.  She was even willing to share her stuffed horse with him.

Ryan is in the house and all is right with the world.

Darling-darling photos..love the last one with the homie lighting. It reminds me of scenes of my Uncle Bennie coming home to my grandparents house. <3

p.s. I posted the award on thats-italian.

How fun to see your big guy greet the little guy and gal. My husband Darryl carried Jonathan on his shoulders like that all the time and he delighted in it. When Doug got that age he absolutely hated it.

Woohoo!! These are the best blessings, huh? And the most fun "introducing" the little pegs of our hearts to the big pegs of our hearts. :0) (Your guys are so handsome!)
